Shipping and Returns

Everything from ButaneSource.com is shipped via UPS Ground in compliance with ORM-D shipping, labeling, and associated paperwork and handling. We only ship UPS Ground and only to the lower 48 states in the US. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada.

You can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 2 business days and you will receive emails as to the current status of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Returns

Any items that were shipped in error will be covered by us. We do need the items back, or to at least be on their way back, before we can ship out the correct items. We will provide you return labels and/or schedule a UPS pickup. Any missing items need to be verified by photo of the package received and will be corrected/replaced by us with a second shipment.

Butane

We will not accept returns of any used or partially used butane refill bottles. If the wrong product was ordered it can be returned for a full refund or exchange. The purchaser or customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring proper labeling and postage. Once we receive and inspect the items we will issue the refund or exchange.

Torches

Torches are covered strictly under the sole warranty that is provided by the manufacturer. At this time, all of our torches come with some kind of manufacturer warranty. That may be subject to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify any and all warranties directly with the manufacturer. We will help facilitate any warranty issues with our butane torches to the best of our ability and within the manufacturer’s guidelines.
